By applying through the above-mentioned services or by any other means and submitting your job application to TMS International Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Koksownicza 8, 42-523 Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland (the “Employer” or “Data Controller”), you consent to the processing of the personal data contained in your application by the Employer for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position specified in the job advertisement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at biuro@tmsinternational.com.

We will process your personal information for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position specified in the job advertisement based on the following legal grounds:

(a) To comply with our legal obligations – including the processing of personal data required under the Polish Labor Code (such as identification data, contact information, education, professional experience, skills, and qualifications) or other applicable legal provisions, as required for the advertised position.

(b) To take steps at your request prior to entering into an employment contract – for example, processing information regarding your salary expectations and availability to commence employment.

(c) Based on your consent – for example, processing your photograph or information about your interests.

(d) Based on our legitimate business interest – for example, processing your email address where necessary to identify your application submitted through recruitment platforms such as Pracuj.pl.

With your consent, we may also process your personal data for the purpose of considering you for future recruitment processes for other positions within our organization.

Providing personal data required by applicable law, necessary for taking steps prior to entering into an employment contract at your request, or necessary for our legitimate interests is mandatory in order to participate in the recruitment process. Providing any additional personal data is voluntary.

You have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;

• request the correction or rectification of your personal data;

• request the deletion of your personal data;

• request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;

• object to the processing of your personal data;

• request the transfer (data portability) of personal data that is processed based on your consent or at your request prior to entering into an employment contract, to another data controller.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych – UODO).

Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process for the position specified in the job advertisement for a period of one (1) year.

Your personal data may be shared with providers of job posting services, recruitment management systems, IT service providers (including hosting providers), and information system providers where necessary for the recruitment process.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
